How long is the processing time of order?
It takes 1-3 business days for us to fulfill orders. Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays.
How long does the order to be delivered?
The order is shipped from NYC via UPS Ground Service. It’s estimated to take 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS and additional insurance is purchased for every shipment. You could also contact us to expedite your order by upgrading the shipping method.
Can I track my order after it’s been shipped?
A shipping notification email will be sent once your order is shipped. The notification email includes tracking number and a link to UPS tracking page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Based on tax law, it varies on your location. You could check the information in your cart before check-out.
Can I have my order shipped on the same day?
Yes, please contact us BEFORE 1PM EST of the day.
How long does it take to respond email?
We respond emails within 24 hours.
I don’t receive the shipment, but tracking information shows “Delivered”?
We’re sorry that your package is missing.
Firstly, please check around your house and your neighbor. Sometimes the shipping courier misdelivered to a neighboring address close to you. There’s a higher chance when you are located in a community.
If you are still unable to locate the package, we suggest calling the UPS Customer Service at 1(800)-742-5877. UPS typically is able to provide detailed information to help with locating the missing package.
If after trying the above suggestions, you are still not able to locate your package, please feel free to contact us. We purchase additional insurance for every shipment and will file a claim with UPS for you. Usually, it takes 20 business days for UPS to complete the claim investigation. We will keep you informed of UPS solution timely.
