All of the items are handmade, not mass-produced. It usually takes 2 months or longer to make new inventories. We're sorry that no returns or exchanges are accepted for handmade items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
